[MlMt] Extract parts from strings for smart mailbox?

Well, low level you can define specifiers which would make the 
owner/repo values available (everywhere in MailMate) including for 
making submailboxes. The missing part is that the “Submailboxes” 
feature itself can only handle 1 level (well 2 if you count the 
separation into different accounts (like default Sent Messages) mailbox. 
This is not going to improve without a complete rewrite of the related 
code. When/if that happens I've noted that it would be nice if multiple 
levels also works.
