[MlMt] slight delay selecting an account's Inbox

No, but it could be related to some recent changes. You can contact me 
off list and preferably send a process sample of MailMate while you 
trigger this delay a few times. For example:

	sample MailMate 20 > ~/Desktop/mailmate_sample.txt
