[MlMt] Use of Spamsieve for Spam Blocking

On my system, MailMate occasionally just crashes, even when doing nothing but sitting there and handling updates from various IMAP servers. I run beta builds, so I expect this to happen every now and then. I know it's happened because suddenly all the spam starts showing up on my phone. If I'm lucky, I'll be at work and can log into my home machine remotely and relaunch MailMate.

What I should do is write a little background task that sits there and watches to see if MailMate is running and, if not, launches it. That would be a nice little project.
