[MlMt] PGP encrypt with mismatched key

If it helps, I am on MacOS 14.7.1 and have my gpg from Homebrew, gpg
(GnuPG) 2.4.7
I'm pretty hazy on the distinction between fingerprint and key-id, so I
might have gotten that wrong. I just checked, though, and the hex
numbers in my gpg.conf are *not* fingerprints. I believe the numbers
are key-ids, but the PGP/GPG jargon is thick and mysterious to me
(don't get me started on the *n + 1* different meanings of "trust" they
use), and show-keys identifies the fingerprint, but not the other
attributes of a key.
