Yes, this can be done by configuring GPG appropriately. This is the
same configuration that you need to do in order to PGP encrypt to a
mailing list, where you need GPG to know that it must encrypt the email
to each of the PGP keys of the recipients.
You can do this:
```
group <email address> = <key-id>+
```
