[MlMt] New to MailMate - Questions about outgoing mail fonts

I would expect this mailing list to be an unrepresentative hotbed of such people, since MailMate was originally attractive to the kind of tech nerds who love reading RFCs. I myself came to MailMate because I missed  the 1990s email program Eudora, and I'm certain I'm not alone.
