[MlMt] Run MailMate with different configurations/profiles (e.g. work vs. private)

I don't know to what extent you want these to really be separate from 
each other -- your original message mentioned that you wanted them to 
have separate sources, mailboxes, etc., and I don't know any way to do 
that.

I just wanted to check whether or not you know that you can have 
multiple viewer windows: File->New Viewer Window. Once you have more 
than one viewer window, they can be viewing different mailboxes or 
messages, you can place them on separate desktops, hide them separately, 
etc.

Maybe that would get you part way to what you want or maybe you have 
already determined that this isn't enough for you. It's a pretty handy 
feature, though. I've been using MailMate long enough by now that I no 
longer remember whether other mail programs have a similar feature but I 
don't think so.
