[MlMt] Does MailMate support TLS 1.3?

Thanks for the confirmation, and explanation why.

I've recently just moved a bunch of my code to Network.framework too (yeah the generic name is so not searchable).

The nice thing about 1.3 is that they did a big cleanup and removed support for old crap, which makes it much easier to configure. Also a lot of bots don't support it, so it's a nice floor if you're a small organization and all your employees run new software. :)
