All of the old patrons are already “linked” to a serial key because they were originally created by following a link within MailMate (which meant I could include the necessary meta-data — which is just an integer).

Make sure you have the latest beta and then use “Update License” in the license key window (you can open this via the “MailMate > Registration” menu). Let me know if this does not show you that you are an active subscriber. The system is still new and bugs are not unlikely :)

Some users have bought multiple license keys over the years and might not be using the one linked to the patronage. In this case, I can help locate the license keys and merge them such that “Update License” works.
