This is how it has always worked in MailMate. You might need to locate
the reply even before sending it.
MailMate will display the replied-arrow in 2 cases:
* If the `\Answered` IMAP keyword has been set (which MailMate does when
setting it up to be sent).
* If it can find a reply in Sent Messages based on message headers.
I guess your problem is the first case...
If it helps, a reply will never be moved to “Sent Messages” unless
it was actually sent.
