Ok, it might be an issue I already fixed then. Hold down ⌥ when clicking “Check Now” in the Software Update settings pane to get the latest test release (r6241). This is the release for which I know there is an issue after sleep. (There is also 1 known crashing issue, so it might be worse than r6239 for you :) )

Maybe just wait for r6242.
