[MlMt] Does MailMate support TLS 1.3?

I've been trying it, and it definitely allows TLS 1.3 to work, thanks!

But it does seem buggy.  After a couple of days running, MailMate seems to get stuck, with spinners spinning and quitting the app says there are connections in progress, but they never seem to disconnect.
