[MlMt] "continuous" option for synchonization is greyed out

Hi Ken,

Yes. I believe the shortest is 5 min. And yes, it is (still) the 
default. The continuous doesn’t say that on mine, it says, 
“Connected.”

Please check your version/upgrade it to at least to Release 1.14. I 
can’t help you further on 1.13.
