Randall,
My experience is that v6058 allows Rules I create to work normally, however the latest version 6065 does not. This was acknowledged by Benny a while ago in feedback. Specific Rules do not operate as expected for me in the latest version, but can be created in all the versions I have tested, which is most working my way back to find a version that works. Benny said that version 6060 was supposed to have a fix attempted but since development has (IMO) stalled, don’t know if that will ever be implemented.
Rumor has it Benny is working on a Test release? Have you heard anything further on that?
BTW, just implemented PGP signing (and encrypting (for secure needs as well, not on this message). GPG for MacOS seems to implement an early very HASH version 1.0. Does anyone have info on upgrading it via Terminal to use SHA-3 which seems to utilize SHA256?
Respectfully,
Henry Seiden

You might try falling back to an old test build or the last release version (r5937) and see if you can create/edit rules in that, then go back to the version you're using.
