[MlMt] Folders of smart mailboxes?

Thanks, that works a treat, once I figured out that I had to create the 
smart mailbox when no other mailboxes were selected, or it would 
pre-populate the Mailboxes section with that mailbox, and I didn't find 
a way to delete the selector.
