Hello Randy,

Are you successfully retrieving new email and only having issues sending
email?

I used MailMate without any issues with our corporate email that is hosted
by Microsoft. We use our own domain name for our email addresses, so I'm
not entirely sure things get configured the same way for @outlook.com
hosted email.

Here are the settings that work for me with MailMate:

*IMAP Account Settings:*

   - Email Address(es): username at example.com
   - IMAP Server: outlook.office365.com
   - User Name: username at example.com
   - Port: 993
   - Require SSL: yes
   - OAuth2: yes

*SMTP Server Settings:*

   - SMTP Server: smtp.office365.com
   - User Name: username at example.com
   - Port: 587
   - Require SSL: yes
   - OAuth2: yes

This matches the Microsoft documentation for outlook.com, except the docs
show the SMTP Server should be smtp-mail.outlook.com.
