[MlMt] Sending Mail via Outlook.com

When I try to send mail from my Outlook.com account, I get the error Authentication unsuccessful, basic authentication is disabled. However, I am using an app specific password to login to Outlook.com. I have tried resetting the app password, but that does not resolve the issue. I've also verified my IMAP settings with https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/pop-imap-and-smtp-settings-for-outlook-com-d088b986-291d-42b8-9564-9c414e2aa040. What am I missing?
