[MlMt] Change email provider: how to do preserve MM settings

Just posted on a similar topic…MailMate Rules to another machine. 
Think the Rules are in the general settings: com.freron.MailMate.plist, 
but you may need to confirm with someone else. I shut down MM and copy 
all settings whether moving to a new machine or re-establishing settings 
  after a problem occurs (also I rarely change settings, though when I 
do make a backup of all that is dated, so I can revert safely).

Same for all settings. I move all settings. YMMV.

See attached and you can see it in the list as well, with comments. Hope
