[MlMt] Moving MailMate rules to another Mac

I have been running MailMate on two Macs, one of which is on most of the time, the other is only on for part of the day.
I have lots of rules for filtering and filing messages on the MM instance on the Mac that is on all of the time.

I am retiring the Mac that I leave on and will only be using the other Mac.  I would like to move all of the MM rules from the Mac being retired to the other one.  I looked in the message archives and found a few of different approaches.

Both Macs have all the same email accounts configured.  All are IMAP (some iCloud and some Gmail). I have synchronized all of the accounts.

I this as simple as to quit MM on both machines and then just move Mailboxes.plist to the Mac I want to keep?

Or should I do something more complicated?  I want a reliable method even if it involves more work.
