All IMAP servers must support a set of system IMAP keywords: . These 
start with `\`. Various semi-standard keywords exist starting with `$`. 
These should, ideally, have the same meaning in all IMAP clients.

My guess is that they are the first 26 you created.

Hmm, me too. I thought there was very little support in all variants of 
Exchange.

I think some users have had success with using Davmail as a proxy to 
Exchange. I believe it can map IMAP keywords to Exchange categories.
