[MlMt] Cannot remove source

I found a solution, but I don’t like it. It seems that you cannot
remove a source that is offline. This seems an unreasonable restriction
as my use case seems quite reasonable. That is I no longer have access
to an account and so want to remove the source. To address this issue I
did the following:
- Changed the email address and IMAP username to another gmail address.
- Took the source online.
- When MMailMate opened a browser to authenticate with Gmail, I went
back to MailMate and removed the source. MailMate promptly crashed, but
when it came back the source was gone.
- I then rebuilt the index just in case there was any corruption.
