Hello Bill and John,

Let us not forget a VM.  One of your sister instances would run on the host and the other in the VM.

I have used Parallels and it... functions.  Never tried it, never needed to, but apparently you can run OS X as a guest operation system.  There are a whole list of limitations but if all you want to do is run one application, they should not be a problem.  The software is reasonable inexpensive.
