[MlMt] *Really* not sending HTML. Is it possible?

One of the reasons that I use MailMate is that when I adopted it, it was 
possible to configure MM to generate proper text email: text/plain 
format=flowed.

I'm not sure that remains possible. Recently I discovered that I was 
generating multipart/alternative messages with a HTML part for no good 
reason. I'm not aware of making any change to cause this.

I could rather easily write a snippet for my mail system that removes 
HTML parts and reconstructs the message, but that should not be needed. 
I really truly want my mail to only include a HTML version when I 
explicitly tell it to, perhaps by getting a warning if MM thinks it must 
create HTML.

If anyone has a way to make MM work correctly and never generate HTML, 
please share.
