To me, as a native English speaker, "Support Mode" sounds like a generic 
term rather than the specific mode of the user, which is why I suggested 
that you might consider using "Supporter" or "Subscriber" instead. 
Perhaps "Paid Mode" might be good, as it might align better with Trial 
and Free modes.
