Only in the sense that it's practically identical to the subscription model. The change mainly happens for me to clearly signal that this is how users pay for MailMate -- if they want to pay for it at all. It's the single license key sale system which is gone.

Yes, you'll simply initiate that from within MailMate and it'll be linked to your existing license key. (The license key itself will, in my records, keep you in the supporter category for 2 years though.)
