John,

Yes, the find duplicates is somewhat flawed because it doesn’t fin exact matches. It sends some messages that match subject but not the date of the message . It finds messages that are replies if that is what you are looking for, fine. But it cannot be managed.

It doesn’t find messages that have the exact same time stamp AND subject.

Once found all the results (even the wrong ones) have to be acted upon (deleted or something else common to the selection). .

As mentioned the Find command does NOT have the ability to select one or ALL duplicated dates as a single criteria. If that were in place and the du0licate function is present for Subjects as well, then the user could add duplicate subjects similarly.

MailMate is not lone in that feature lacking.
