[MlMt] MacBook Air M1 8GB RAM issues with MailMate

I did what was recommended here - managed to get the gmail address done. I have a second GSuite email with my domain name name at domain - this gets stuck. I checked the Activity Viewer, it shows the following, this is where it gets stuck and the memory usage rises to ~40GB:
