[MlMt] Archive and Trash not syncing on a fresh install

First, expand all mailboxes in the account under Sources in the mailbox 
list. Make sure everything is online. If there has been any persistent 
problems, some individual mailboxes might have been taken offline 
(preventing full synchronization).

You might also want to try the latest upload of MailMate. It appears to 
be quite stable. Feedback is welcome:
