What you're looking for is a search for all email with that recipient as "correspondent," which basically means their email address (or name, or both) appears in any from: to: or cc: header. To do this, I right-click on the "correspondent" column in the viewer window (the list of all email in the current mailbox), highlight "Find Messages," and click the "correspondent" option; but I'm sure there are other ways to do it as well.
