[MlMt] New moveSignatureToTop/moveSignatureToBottom commands

Can someone give me a clue how to use these, please?

I added the following to my keybindings:

	"^t" = "moveSignatureToTop:";
	"^b" = "moveSignatureToBottom:";

When composing a message (e.g., a reply), these keys do nothing.
