[MlMt] Download some but not all blocked images

I don't think it would need to be kludgy. The current list that MM shows 
when clicking the disclosure triangle would seem a natural place. MM 
could have a checkbox or button after each one to cause it to be 
downloaded. Perhaps two checkboxes or buttons, the second to add the 
domain to the blacklist. (Even better would be a preference to add regex 
to cause embedded external links to be blocked.)
