[MlMt] Toggling between ‘Reply’ and ‘Reply All’

Eric,
On MM 1.14 Test Build 5918, I get no errors either way (⌘R or Menu).
With the keyboard shortcut, I get a Reply message (other KB shortcuts
work likewise) but the message must be selected in the window to do
that. If I use the menu arrow, the reply selector pops up the window to
select Reply to Reply All.
It seems to work every time in this build. Using a MBP 2021 M1 with
Monterey 12.6.1.
A little reticent about upgrading further given this and other
intermittent issues.
