[MlMt] Cleaning up SMTP server list

I found the answer to this question (original post:

You can find the list of SMTP servers at *~/Library/Application 
Support/MailMate/Submission.plist*

This is applicable only if you have the hidden preference 
**com.freron.MailMate MmSMTPAlternativeEnabled** enabled and it contains 
SMTP servers you no longer use
