[MlMt] Scrolling of message contents gets "stuck"

I've been experiencing exactly the same symptoms.  I hadn't reported it because I suspected it might have been related to slow network access while on my corporate VPN.

Very similar setup as Steve: MacOS 12.2.1 (2019 16" MBP), Mailmate r5873 & a few earlier builds, "Thread Arcs" layout.
