[MlMt] Not working: "Include messages in any submailboxes of this mailbox" (MM r5865 on macOS 12.1)

I think that checkbox relates to nested smart mailboxes? You need to add all the sub imap mailboxes to the mailbox tab… or use All Messages and then use a condition to filter on imap path.
