[MlMt] URL no longer displays when hovering over a link

Well, it works for me (macOS 12.6.2, MM 5933). I tested it on another 
message in this thread (the mouse pointer doesn’t show in the 
screenshot, but it’s resting on the “Techworks Pro E-mail” line):
