[MlMt] Apple's Custom Domain Support for Vanity Emails

Any ideas on how Apple's custom email domains are implemented and if they are easy to use with MailMate?  I would be interested in the feature if it worked with MailMate.

Also - I can't get my outlook account to work constantly. MailMate sends me to authorize on the webpage endlessly....any tips??
