[MlMt] Markdown confusion with line breaks between paragraphs

It was a bit of an arduous trek, and in the end, Benny's not sure 
exactly what cured it, but here's what seemed to do it:

- In terminal, run this:
```
touch 
/Applications/MailMate.app/Contents/SharedSupport/Bundles/MailMate.mmBundle/Filters/Inline\ 
CSS.mmFilter
```
- reboot
