[MlMt] MmShowSubscriptionDetails feedback

Hi Benny,

saw that `MmShowSubscriptionDetails` now is a thing.

I used `defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmShowSubscriptionDetails 
yes`

And now have a unsubscribe grey bar with unsubscribe features which 
works great
but its quite "intrusive"...could it be just a "Unsubscribe" link in the 
header one could click on to choose unsubscribe option instead of the 
dark grey bar ?
