[MlMt] Conditional (per account/per sender/recipient) behavior - PGP and images

Hi,
I have a feeling there may be some capacity for this, but I just wanted to check on how I can force the following conditional behavior.
1. I have three accounts configured, and I never want to use GPG or S/MIME signing with one of them. Is there a way to make sure that never occurs with that account? Could I do this on some recipients only?
2. How can I "whitelist" certain senders so that images are always downloaded? For example, I am on mailing lists for some trusted organizations and I'm fine with being tracked by them.
3. Is it possible to disable image tracking for 1x1 image by default, even if I choose to load the images? With the possible exception of senders mentioned in #2.
Thanks,
-JPH
