as non english native speaker I`d like to change the „reply sentence“:

„On 3 May 2021, at 8:00, John Appleseed wrote:“

to a sentence written in German:

„Am 3. Mai 2021 um 8:00 Uhr schrieb John Appleseed:“

Any hints how to change that?
