[MlMt] one pixel tracker images

Would a resource like [DuckDuckGo's tracker 
database](https://spreadprivacy.com/duckduckgo-tracker-radar/) help with 
this? Sure, nothing is going to be perfect -- there can always be a 
"zero day tracker," but we shouldn't make the best be the enemy of the 
good.
