[MlMt] no longer able to send Yahoo! IMAP emails

Can also confirm I have multiple Yahoo IMAP accounts and have never paid a cent.

I do keep getting “offers” from Yahoo regularly saying something like “We see you have not yet upgraded to ‘premium’ (I forget what they call their paid service exactly)” and that my free accounts will expire soon, which they never have. I just delete the advertisement messages.
