[MlMt] no longer able to send Yahoo! IMAP emails

Hello, Community,

Yahoo! Has been working fine for me until several weeks ago when I could 
no longer send message.  At about that same time I removed VPN software 
from my system that I was not using.  Here’s what Yahoo! recommends:

**Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server**
Server - imap.mail.yahoo.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

**Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server**
Server - smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Port - 465 or 587
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

I had changed smtp.mail.yahoo.com to 98.136.96.80 in 2019 at the advice 
of my VPN provider, but as noted, I’ve stopped using a VPN.  I’ve 
tried all combinations of server and port settings with no success.  Any 
advice?
