Deduplication is not possible using the title format string, but I'm also discussing this problem in my comments in the ticket on [the subject](https://freron.lighthouseapp.com/projects/58672/tickets/2832-proposed-adjustment-of-mailing-lists-sub-format-string#ticket-2832-2).
