[MlMt] Mailmate default folders question

I currently manage 20 email accounts in Mailmate and I have never seen 
this folder created.  All of the folders I see were either created by 
**(a)** me; **(b)** an email service - i.e. Gmail; **(c)** another 
client - i.e. Airmail.
