[MlMt] Selecting default SMTP server

Ah. I see. Yes I do. So I do send from one account or another. I want to
send from the Fastmail SMTP server while the FROM is the Fastmail acct.
Is there really a problem if I own both Tuffmail and Fastmail accounts
and just place my Fastmail SMTP server in my Tuffmail settings? I want
this to be automatic, not having to remember to choose the SMTP server
using Antonio's method. For some reason, Mailmate defaults to using my
Tuffmail SMTP server, even if I choose the FROM acct to be Fastmail.
Unless, of course, I use Antonio's method.

I'm off to be and will follow up on your reply in the morning :-)
