[MlMt] Default to plaintext outgoing messages?

Hi Randy,

   If you go into MailMate at `Preferences -> Composer -> Rich Text 
(HTML)` and set the `Markup syntax` to `None` you should now have your 
New Message set to `Plain text` by default instead of `Markdown`.
