[MlMt] Easy way to auto-expand a thread

Still not automatically, but if your parent message is selected you can
press the right arrow on your keyboard to expand the thread and left to
collapse and if you hold the "ALT" key then all the contained threads
will expand/collapse.
Also, it's the same behaviour when you click on the triangle to
expand/collapse the thread. I mean, when you hold "ALT" while clicking
on the triangle then all the contained threads will expand/collapse.
