Try sending me a screenshot of your IMAP account settings window via “Help ▸ Send Feedback”. I'll see if I can spot anything out of the ordinary.

(I don't currently have reports about issues with the OAuth2 support for Office365, but it's only supported in the test releases and there might not be a lot of users actively using it.)
